With a career spanning over a decade in leadership and market research, Laura possesses a pragmatic business approach paired with a passion for helping others. She is experienced in arming leaders with meaningful insights while fostering cross-functional collaboration to effectively implement change. As a generalist, she is uniquely positioned to help businesses from all backgrounds, with experience across a variety of industries, such as retail, financial services, tourism, not-for-profit, business development and food and beverage.

In previous roles, Laura has led diverse research programs, delving deep into understanding customer needs and market dynamics. Her innate curiosity (she always has a follow up question!) and ability to gather and arrange various data points into relevant and ‘so what’ findings is her super power.

She also has extensive experience in optimizing business performance. She is skilled at assessing opportunities that drive the continuous improvement of day-to-day operations, while building relationships that are the conduit for change. Laura's experience underscores a consistent commitment to leveraging data for business growth and facilitating business expansion. 

Laura is motivated to help others succeed, as demonstrated in her experience volunteering and mentoring high school and college students across Western Canada and women in Tanzania, Africa. The opportunity to help others achieve more than they thought is possible is what makes her excited to get out of bed. 

When not working Laura can be found going on a new adventure with her husband and two boys, enjoying a new wine or restaurant (and probably wine!) with friends and family, or getting a workout in. She’s always looking for a recommendation on a good book, podcast, restaurant or travel destination to add to the many notes on her phone.
