    We work with businesses in motion. Whether you’re growing and need structure and support, or winding down and need help managing and executing a closure.

    2. What size of business do you work with?

    Our work is most impactful with small to medium businesses (2–50 employees), but we also support larger organizations and are always open to exploring fit.

    3. What industries do you specialize in?

    We work across a wide range of sectors, including non-profit, agriculture, technology, professional services, and retail.

    4. What type of work do you typically provide a client?

    We help businesses work better. This often includes:

    • Improving and implementing processes and workflows

    • Selecting and rolling out new technology, including change management

    • Hiring and onboarding team members

    • Developing and implementing performance review processes

    • Providing business insights, facilitating strategic planning, and executing the plan

  • 1. How long do you usually work with a business for?

    It depends on your goals and what your team needs. Most engagements fall into one of two options:

    • Fractional support: Ongoing weekly or monthly hours, typically with a three-month minimum

    • Project-based support: Focused work to deliver a specific outcome, sometimes as short as two weeks

    2. Where are you located?

    We are proudly based in Regina, Saskatchewan, however we serve clients across the province and across Canada.

    3. Can you help me remotely?

    Yes. Most of our work can be done remotely through video calls, phone, and email. When in-person support is helpful, we can travel as needed.

    4. Can you help me right away?

    Often, yes. Availability depends on our current workload, but we’ll let you know quickly how soon we can get started.

    5. What is your pricing?

    Pricing varies based on scope and how support is structured. We offer hourly and monthly retainer options, and are always transparent - walking through pricing upfront and anytime scope changes.
